The owner of the online store alpakafarm.eu (hereinafter referred to as the online store) is OÜ Alpakafarm (registration code 12237701), located at Supeluse 7-8, Pärnu, 80012, Pärnumaa, Estonia, telephone +372 581 21151 and e-mail kaja@alpakafarm.ee.
PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The online store uses the personal data entered by the buyer (including name, telephone number, address, e-mail address, bank details) only to process the order and send the goods to the buyer. The online store transfers personal data to companies providing transport services in order to deliver the goods.
The online store sends newsletters and offers to the buyer to the buyer's e-mail address only if the buyer has expressed a desire to do so by entering their e-mail address on the website and has indicated their desire to receive direct mail notifications.
The buyer can opt out of offers and newsletters sent to e-mail at any time by notifying us by e-mail or by following the instructions in the e-mail containing the offers.
PRODUCT AND PRICE INFORMATION
Terms of sale apply when purchasing goods from the online store.
Prices of products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. A delivery fee is added to the price.
The delivery fee depends on the buyer's location and the delivery method. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when placing an order.
Information about the goods is provided in the online store directly next to the goods.
ORDER FORMATION
To order the goods, you must add the desired products to the shopping cart. The product quantity can be changed in the shopping cart. To place the order, you must fill in the required data fields and select the appropriate product delivery method. Then, the amount of the fee will be displayed on the screen, which can be paid via a bank link.

Payments are mediated by Maksekeskus AS. Payment takes place outside the Online Store in a secure environment - when paying with a bank link, in the secure environment of the respective bank, and when paying with a credit card, in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS. The seller does not have access to the customer's bank and credit card details. The agreement enters into force from the moment the amount due is received in the Online Store's current account.
The owner of the Online Store is the controller of personal data and transfers the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.
If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the goods being out of stock or for another reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the money paid (including the costs of delivering the goods) will be refunded immediately, but no later than within 14 days of sending the notification.
DELIVERY
Goods are shipped to European countries.
In Estonia, Alpakafarm OÜ's main delivery partner is Itella Estonia OÜ.
The shipping costs of the goods are borne by the buyer and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method.
Shipments within Estonia generally reach the buyer's designated destination within 3-7 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract. Delivery outside Estonia takes place within 30 days.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Goods purchased in the store can be exchanged (for example, for a different size or color) by agreement.
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
To exercise the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods may not be used in any way other than necessary to verify the nature, properties and functioning of the goods, as is permitted for testing the goods in a physical store. If the goods have been used for other purposes or show signs of use or wear, the online store has the right to reduce the refund fee according to the decrease in the value of the goods.
To return the goods, you must submit a withdrawal form, which can be found here, and send it to kaja@alpakafarm.ee no later than 14 days after receiving the goods. This form can also be printed out and included with the returned goods.
The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer, unless the reason for the return is that the item to be returned does not correspond to the order (e.g. the wrong or defective item).
The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the application or provide proof that he has handed over the goods to the carrier within the aforementioned period.
Upon receipt of the returned goods, the online store will refund the buyer the payment received for the purchase, but no later than 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal application.
If the returned goods do not reach the store within 14 days, the refund will be delayed until the goods have arrived and been inspected.
The online store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the goods from the buyer if the price of the goods in the online store has been indicated significantly below the market price of the goods due to a mistake.
RIGHT TO MAKE A CLAIM
The buyer has the right to contact the online store within 14 days of a defect by sending an email to kaja@alpakafarm.ee or calling +372 581 21151.
The online store is not responsible for defects (e.g. damaged packaging) that have arisen after the goods have been handed over to the buyer, i.e. during delivery.
If the goods purchased from the online store have defects for which the online store is responsible, the store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the online store will refund all fees associated with the sales contract to the buyer.
The online store will respond to the complaint submitted by the consumer in writing or in a form that allows for written reproduction within 15 days.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If the buyer has any complaints regarding the online store, they should be sent by e-mail to kaja@alpakafarm.ee or by phone at +372 581 21151.
In matters not separately resolved in these terms and conditions, the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia shall apply. If an agreement is not reached, the customer has the right to appeal to the Consumer Protection Board for protection of rights. Disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.
